Building our current team has taken us over two years. Every person working with us first took a detailed test to assess their skills, their ability to cope with stress, their standard of customer service and their inherent professionalism. No other translation company working in our language combinations can boast translation personnel with the qualifications, experience and willingness to assist clients that we have. Today, our team consists of a group of translators with vast industry experience and education in the USA and the European Union. We have a fluent command of foreign languages and are always ready to seek out the best solutions for our clients. To us, translation is much more than simply finding the right word or phrase in a foreign language. First and foremost, it is a matter of transforming a text so that, while it retains the message and form of the original, it becomes completely comprehensible and utterly convincing to its reader or listener.

Łukasz Kondraciuk

* Freelance translator and interpreter of Polish, English and Russian languages
* Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics (Translation & Interpreting) from Maria Curie-Skłodowska State University in Lublin, Poland. Graduated cum laude.
* Holder of a scholarship received from the Mayor of the City of Lublin, Poland, and Mayor of Erie, Pennsylvania. Visiting student at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, majored in English Literature and Communication Studies.
* Specializes in legal and business texts. Tourism and economy/accounting are also among his areas of expertise.
* Experience in translating literature - two of his three translated books have been published
* Has experience with clients from countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Sweden, Iceland, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Russia and Ukraine
* Has experience as a Senior Project Manager in one of Europe’s major translation agencies, where he was able to gain experience working in a multi-national environment with clients and subcontractors from countries such as Thailand, China, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Mongolia
* Licensed tour guide

Karolina Piwowarczyk

* Freelance translator and interpreter of Polish, English and Russian
* Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics (Translation & Interpreting) from Maria Curie-Skłodowska State University in Lublin, Poland. Graduated magna cum laude.
* Holder of a scholarship from the Prime Minister of Poland for exceptional educational performance
* Enjoys working on subtitles, computer game localization, as well as on legal texts, especially tender-related documents
* Experience of working for a number of domestic and international clients
* Full PC proficiency, including CAT Tools (Wordfast, Trados)

Magdalena Szewciów

* Freelance translator of Polish and English, court-certified translator since 2004
* Master’s degree in English Studies from the University of Opole
* Completed post-graduate Studies in Translation
* Enjoys working on legal and technical texts, including safety instructions, manuals and environmental protection-related documents
* Experience working as a Manager at one of Poland’s major translation agencies
* Experience working for a number of domestic and international clients
* Full PC proficiency, including CAT Tools (Wordfast, Trados)
